PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 to 6 pork chops
4 med. potatoes, sliced round
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 onion, sliced

Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown in oil. Place potatoes in roaster; top with pork chops. Put cream of mushroom and water in pan drippings. Boil about 3 minutes; pour over pork chops and potatoes. Place onions on top. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
