PORK CHOP DINNER | |
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1 tsp. salt 1 onion, sliced 1 can frozen orange juice, thawed 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. allspice 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. water Trim fat from pork chops and brown in skillet on both sides over medium heat. Drain off fat. Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over chops. Lower heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add 1 (23 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained. Cook 15 minutes longer. |
