MOCH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. cream of wheat
4 eggs
1 env. George Washington broth or 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. sage
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Form into balls (I use ice cream scoop) and place in oiled baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

TOMATO SAUCE:

8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf

Simmer 10 minutes and pour over balls.
