POLYNESIAN - STYLE CHICKEN OR
PORK
 
1 roasting chicken or 1 pork roast
1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. allspice

Cook chicken or pork and remove from bone, breaking into small pieces. Make the sauce by combining the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes. Put meat in a large skillet or pan and pour sauce over it. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Can be made ahead and kept hot in a crock pot.
