MUSHROOM CRISPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small onion, diced
1 to 2 tbsp. milk
8 to 10 slices bread
paprika, for sprinkling

Mix together cream cheese, mushrooms, mayonnaise, onion and milk. Spread mixture on bread. Then cut into quarters. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes until golden on top and crisp on bottom. Can be frozen or refrigerated until ready to use.
