ENCHILADA BAKE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. shredded Colby cheese
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
1 lb. browned ground beef, seasoned with 1 pkg. enchilada seasonings
1 can diced green chiles

Fry tortillas in hot oil one at a time very briefly. Layer bottom of 8x8 pan. Layer with ground beef, cheese, chiles, and sauce. Repeat layers 2-3 times more, ending with sauce and lots of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
