BAKED ENCHILADA 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce
2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. enchilada seasoning
1 lg. pkg. Colby cheese

Heat oil, put a tortilla in pan for 5 seconds. Flip over; take out; put on paper towel to take out extra oil. Fill with ground beef which has already been cooked and seasoned. Roll in tortilla, place in a cake pan which should have a can of enchilada sauce in it to cover bottom of pan. When shells are in place, pour other can on top, sprinkle lots of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Excellent!
