ENCHILADA BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
2 lg. onions
2 cloves garlic
1 doz. tortilla (corn)
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)

Brown meat, onions and garlic together. Add enchilada sauce, 1 can water, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and chopped olives. Cook about 10 minutes. Cut tortillas up in small pieces and start with them at the bottom and alternate the mixture and grated cheese, ending with the cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in covered casserole dish.
