BRUSSELS SPROUTS SCALLOP 
1 pkg. brussels sprouts
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

For easy to do elegance, cook frozen brussel sprouts according to instructions while sprouts are cooking brown bread crumbs in butter. Combine mushrooms with milk and heat. Drain cooked sprouts and add mixture. Turn into baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) until crumbs are brown.
