ALMOND DROP COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. ground almonds
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 egg whites

Beat egg whites until very stiff. Gently fold in sifted confectioners' sugar, vanilla, sugar and ground almonds. With a teaspoon drop dough on greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 2-3 dozen cookies.
