PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT | |
3/4 c. flour 1 (4 serving size) pkg. regular vanilla pudding 1 tsp. baking powder 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, reserve 1/3 c. juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar Mix 3/4 cup flour, pudding, baking powder and add 1 beaten egg, milk, and melted butter. Mix and spread in greased 8"x8" pan. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Chop or slice peaches and arrange atop batter. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice. Pour over peaches in pan. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and a shake or 2 of cinnamon. Sprinkle over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool. Serves 9. |
