1 lb. ground sirloin
8 oz. longhorn cheese, grated
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 (10 oz.) can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
1 sm. can sliced olives
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilis
4 green onions, chopped
You can add more cheese & sauce to taste
