GUYANA FRIED RICE 
2 cups white long grain rice (wash and drain)
1/4 tsp. 5-spice powder
1 can corn, drained
1 carrot, chopped
1 bundle bora, chopped
3 cups hot water
3 tbsp. green seasoning
3 seasoning pepper
2 tsp. fried rice seasoning
1/4 cup + 3 tsp. Chinese sauce
Salt, to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup + 4 tbsp. oil
Fresh celery, to garnish

Add to rice fried rice seasoning, salt, pepper, 5-spice powder, Chinese sauce and a hand full of sugar. Add to wok oil and butter. When hot, add seasoning rice, fried for 10 minutes or until rice is loose. Add hot water and cover to steam until water is absorbed.

In another wok, heat oil; when hot, add carrot, bora, corn, Chinese sauce and a pinch of seasoning. Fry until tender; add to rice. Garnish with celery.
