LESLIE'S BEEFY CORN RICE WITH
FRY SAUCE
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups uncooked rice
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn)

FRY SAUCE:

2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook rice in rice maker with 1 cup water till cooked.

While rice cooking brown hamburger in pan. Drain grease. Add garlic powder and cook for a few more minutes.

Cook corn in separate pan till warm over medium heat (or microwave).

In a decent sized bowl, mix mayonnaise with ketchup. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

To serve, put rice in each bowl topped with beef then corn and finally fry sauce.
