1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Reese's miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, peanut butter and dry ingredients. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2 inch size tea cup tins. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Immediately after removing cookies from oven, press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie until only the top of the peanut butter cup shows. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from tins.
