BLUEBERRY PIE SUPREME 
1 #2 can (2 c.) blueberry pie filling
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Combine blueberry pie mix filling, marshmallows and 2 teaspoons grated orange peel. Pour into pie shell. Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter and 1 tablespoon orange peel. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Maxine says that this recipe can be used as directed, baked in a crust or it can be spooned into individual custard cups, topped with buttery crumbs and baked as a deep dish dessert. Either way, she says it is a lovely dessert for family or guests.

The easiest children to bring up are calm, thoughtful, and somebody elses.
