PIZZA CRUST 
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast with 1 c. hot water

Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Add 1 cup hot water. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add oil and beat again. Add 1 1/2 cups flour. Mix well and knead on floured board. Put in greased bowl. Let rise to double in bulk. Punch down and make pizza, using your favorite toppings.
