PIZZA CRUST 
2 c. flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. flour

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and water until well blended. Then add remaining 2 cups of flour slowly until dough pulls away from bowl. Knead 2 to 3 minutes then let the dough raise for 10 minutes. Divide into half, pat into 2 (12") pans, add your favorite sauce and toppings.
