PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in the one cup warm water, add other ingredients and mix well. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rise until double in size, about 45 minutes. Will make one large pie or two small.
