PIZZA CRUST | |
1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees F.) 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously, 20 strokes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Spread onto greased pizza pan. Either bake right away or let rise until ready to bake. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden brown. |
