PIZZA CRUST | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. warm water 2 1/3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/4 c. oil Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, egg and oil. Stir. Form into ball and knead. Let rise in warm place, covered for 30 minutes. Knead again and roll out into round pan shape. Top with sauce and favorite meats and vegetables. Bake on bottom rack of oven and bake at 400 degrees until brown. A favorite Friday night treat with your favorite meat or vegetable toppings! |
