PIZZA CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Stir everything together vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth. Divide in half.

On lightly floured cloth covered board, roll each half into 13-inch circle. Place on pan. Turn up 1/2 inch on edge. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil, then top. Bake 20-25 minutes.
