BAKED CHICKEN - RICE DISH 
Chicken breasts and/or thighs, cut for individual servings
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 c. (1 can) beef consomme
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water

Place rice in flat baking dish. Pour beef consomme over the rice. Dip chicken pieces in dry onion soup mix and lay them on top of rice.
