BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice, Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10 3/4 oz.
1 to 2 lb. cut up chicken or parts

Put the first 4 ingredients in an ungreased 9x12 inch roasting pan and stir well. Place chicken parts on top of rice mixture and push down well. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake. The chicken will be moist and the rice delicious. Number of servings: 4. Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
