CHICKEN AND CREAM 
Boneless chicken breast
1/2 pt. cream
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. onions

Batter chicken breast in flour, saute in oil or butter to brown slightly. Saute onions and sliced mushrooms. Place onions and mushrooms in bottom of casserole dish, then chicken on top. Pour cream over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 1/2 hour, then bake uncovered another 30 minutes. Spoon cream over chicken while cooking.
