BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

Thank you for an old favorite. But I hate baloney sandwiches, grew up with them but sometimes I would put pickled jalapeno slices. I have tried fried baloney also. I rather eat it fried than cold. Ha Ha.

You haven't lived until you see my Chinese wife handle bologna with chopsticks. She keeps saying she is going to put me on a Chinese diet...give me only one chopstick.

Ok guys, my most fav sand when I was a kid, loved pb@j and bologna. Toast white or whole wheat bread ,spread one slice with peanut butter, one slice with your fav jam or jelly, add hot browned bologna, 1 or 2 slices, dash of hot sauce if you like, after making, cut in half and enjoy! I prefer plain potato chips, have your favorite, very good!!!!

Make a bologna, american cheese and thinly sliced onion sandwich, wrap in wax paper and microwave for 1-2 minutes. This one is really great!

Here in Michigan, we have the Yale Bologna Festival every summer. Fried bologna sandwiches are made with 1/4" thick sliced bologna made at the packing company in Yale and served on a hamburger bun. It's always good eatin' in the 90 degree heat!

Try this one of the very best bologna sandwich ever - 2 slices of white bread toasted, 2 slices of bologna, ketsup & lettuce. Sounds simple but great. Enjoy!

I have been eating this since the 1960's. I believe it is known as "school lunch". Don't forget the bag of potato chips and an apple to go with the sandwich & milk! :~)
PS: Tastes better wrapped in plastic bags and served out of a paper bag. Don't forget the napkin...

Mom made a balogna stew we she called MaChunka. It was just cubes of bologna, green peppers, onions and potatoes fried together and sauced with Hunt's tomato sauce. A real cheap comfort food for a large family. Fond memories of fried bologna on white bread with mayo for breakfast. I remember the teacher cringing when she asked what we ate for breakfast.

Grind up the bologna (big chunk not sliced) German bologna is best for this. Add chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped onion, creamy horseradish, sweet pickle relish, mayo or Miracle Whip and a little bit of mustard. Awesome sandwich spread.

My husband refers to bologna as a ring of red. So on special us days we have 2 pieces of bunny bread, thick sliced bologna, sliced cheese, blue plate mayo and dill pickle slices. Cheetos and tall glass of sweet tea on the side. Delicious!!!

I add slice green olives. Yummmmmmy! This has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid! Also love the fried bologna. And my husband thought that I was the only person who ever ate these! Love it.
