CHICKEN QUESADILLES 
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 chicken breasts, parboiled & diced
Salsa
Soft tortilla shells
Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix sour cream and soup together. Layer bottom of baking dish with part of this mixture (just enough to cover bottom of dish). Fill tortilla with soup mixture, diced chicken, cheese and salsa. Roll 'em' up and place in dish. After dish filled, approximately 6 to 9, top with remaining soup mix, cheese and salsa. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
