CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts, boiled, boned & cut into bite sized pieces
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (crumbs)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen peas, parboil
2 tbsp. dried onion pieces
1 c. milk

Grease a 9"x13" pan with butter. Mix stuffing mix according to package directions. Put 1/2 stuffing mix into the pan. Layer chicken pieces on top. Mix soups, milk, onion pieces and then spread over chicken. Put peas over the chicken mixture. Top with the remaining stuffing mix and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
