MANDARIN GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 whole cloves
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
11 oz. can Mandarin oranges

Brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat (I used the pork fat trimmed off the chops). Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, except the orange sections. Arrange browned pork chops in pan, pour liquid mixture over chops. Arrange orange sections on chops, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender. Use Pyrex dish or small roasting pan to bake the chops in. When done, remove to warm platter, and trim with parsley. Makes an attractive meat dish and will serve 6.
