ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS | |
4 pork chops 4 orange slices 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch Cinnamon Nutmeg Brown chops on both sides. Place an orange slice on each chop. Sprinkle each chop with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add broth and sugar. Cover and cook on low heat 35 minutes. Mix orange juice and cornstarch together until smooth. Gradually add to liquid in pan, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Stir until thickened. Simmer 2-3 more minutes and serve. |
