ORANGE - GLAZED CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. shortening
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. vinegar

In skillet, brown chops on both sides in hot shortening; season with salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, orange marmalade and vinegar; pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops to a warm platter. Spoon sauce over chops. Makes 4 servings.
