TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 oz. uncooked macaroni
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. jar red pimientos
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix and store overnight in refrigerator. Pour into 9"x13" pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs just before baking. Can use bread crumbs. It's best to warm to room temperature about 2 hours before baking. Can be mixed 2 hours before baking and it does fine.
