TURKEY & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. turkey, cooked, cooled & cut into pieces
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 can water chestnuts
1 can French fried onions
1/2 c. rice

Cook rice and sprinkle on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Thaw and drain broccoli, put on top of rice and cover with turkey. Spread cheese on top. Mix soup and mayonnaise and spread over cheese. Top with water chestnuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with French fried onions. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
