TURKEY/CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli, thawed
4 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
1 can onion rings

Place thawed broccoli in well greased 9"x13" pan. Cut meat in large cubes and spread over broccoli. Combine soups and mayonnaise. Cook until smooth. Sprinkle water chestnuts (and mushrooms) on top of turkey/chicken. Pour soup over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with canned onion rings and bake additional 15 minutes. Also may be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until time to bake. 8 to 10 servings.
