SHOEPEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans shoepeg corn (drained)
1 can chopped green chilis
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. jalapeno juice

Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave oven. Add corn, peppers and juice. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
