GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 thyme, crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1/2 c. butter

Cut chicken into small bite size nuggets. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Spread mixture on plate. Dip chicken nuggets into butter then coat with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken on cookie sheet (lined with foil) and bake about 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
