GOLDEN NUGGETS | |
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. corn flake crumbs 1 tsp. seasoning salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese Dash of pepper 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1/2 c. rice vinegar 1 1/4 lbs. chicken (breasts or thighs), deboned Mix teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar. Cut up chicken into nuggets. Soak chicken in marinade for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Place crumbs and spices in a plastic or paper bag. Add chicken and shake thoroughly. Place chicken pieces on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with any crumbs left in bag. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
