GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 whole chicken breast, skinned & boned
1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water

Cut chicken into 1 x 1-1/2 inch pieces; set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients. Dip chicken into batter frying hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Refrigerate 1 hour before frying - batter stays on better.
