GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1x1 inch pieces
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
Oil or shortening

Mix egg, water, salt, pepper and flour. Heat oil in pan. Dip chicken into batter. Carefully add chicken, one layer at a time, into frying pan. Fry 5 minutes, or until golden, then turn chicken and fry on other side. Drain and serve.
