SESAME SEED CHICKEN 
5 lbs. chicken thighs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. ginger, minced
1/2 c. shoyu
3 eggs
4 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Debone chicken thighs and cut into bite sized pieces. Toast sesame seeds in frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. Combine everything except chicken in large dish or plastic container. Add the chicken and marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Deep fry until golden brown and drain.
