CHICKEN FAJITA PIZZA 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned and cut into sm. strips
1 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1 c. green or red bell pepper strips
10 oz. Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
1/2 c. prepared mild salsa
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Add onions and green pepper, stir-fry an additional 1 minute.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or 9x13 pan. Unroll dough and place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until very light golden brown.

Spoon chicken mixture over the partially baked crust. Spoon the salsa over the chicken; then sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until crust is a golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
