GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 whole chicken breasts
1/2 c. unseasoned fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cut each breast half into 6-8 nuggets. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and herbs. Dip chicken nuggets in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheets. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Ready to serve. Enjoy.
