GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/2 c. (or less) butter, melted

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, herbs and seasonings. Melt butter in skillet. Put in chicken and other ingredients and stir until chicken is well coated. Place nuggets in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Other seasonings may be used. Capon is good.
