MEAT LOAVES ITALIANOS 
3/4 c. oats, quick or reg.
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 egg
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey or combination
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine 1/4 cup tomato sauce and all but the olives and cheese. Shape into 4 or 6 loaves, place in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Add remaining sauce and olives, pour over loaves and bake another 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
