POLISH CABBAGE SOUP 
3/4 lb. lean pork, cut in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
2 soup cans water
4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 bay leaf
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
Sour cream

Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes; stir often. Serve with spoonsful of sour cream. 6 servings.
