CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. dehydrated onion flakes
Pinch of salt
5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Put mixture into refrigerator to chill. When firm enough to mold, shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans.
