2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans Underwood deviled ham
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
Crackers

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Shape mixture into a ball. Chill. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 (2 cups) cheese ball.
