TANGY CHIPPED BEEF BALL 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2-1/2 oz. jar sliced dried beef, finely chopped

In a small bowl combined cream cheese, sour cream, and horseradish; mix well. Stir in Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup dried beef (reserve remaining beef for coating). Chill 1 hour. On plastic wrap or waxed paper shape cheese mixture into balls. Roll in remaining dried beef. Wrap, chill until serving time. Serve with crackers.
