ZIPPY CHEESE BALLS 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. chopped, dried beef
1/2 c. potato chip crumbs
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Blend cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Add dried beef and potato chip crumbs and mix thoroughly. Chill mixture until stiff. Shape into 24-26 small balls. Roll in parsley and serve on frilled toothpicks.
