CABBAGE ROLLS 
Cut up 1 pound bacon and fry with one onion (cut up), drain.

Mix 1 pound raw ground chuck with 1 cup Minute Rice (uncooked), salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons paprika.

Core cabbage and boil until tender and leaves fall off. Roll each leaf with filling in it.

Put one layer of filled leaves in bottom of crock pot. Spread kraut over this and pour on tomato juice to cover.

Repeat layers of cabbage, kraut and tomato juice. Add some water if more liquid desired. Cook slowly for several hours.
